Some things must be said straight away: a closure, a change of carrier, an offer about to end. PopLab shows them at the right moment, on the right pages, for as long as you decide — and goes quiet as soon as the visitor has read it.

The principle: the visitor has the last word

A pop-up that comes back on every page drives people away. Here, once closed, it does not return — for as many days as you chose. That is not a comfort detail: it is the difference between an announcement read and a shop left.

What it is for

Telling people about an important change. Not selling, not collecting addresses, not chasing an abandoned cart. Informing, once, properly, then going quiet.

Closing for holidays, bank holidays, stocktaking.
A change of carrier, of delivery times, of shipping costs.

Several announcements at once

You can prepare as many as you like and leave them dormant. Each has its own dates, pages and priority. Two campaigns can follow one another without you touching anything on the day.

The “no more pop-ups” link

Each announcement can offer the visitor a link that switches off all your pop-ups for good. That refusal is kept in their browser, never on your server: nothing for you to manage, and someone who hates pop-ups will never see another one. That is what keeps irritation from costing you a customer.

In your languages

Title, text and button are translated language by language. An untranslated announcement does not show in that language.

What protects your shop

No network call, no image loaded from outside, no extra library. The pop-up is produced by your server along with the rest of the page: there is nothing that could take too long to answer.
