Modules are digital content
A module is delivered instantly, by download: it cannot be "sent back" like a parcel. Withdrawal rules are therefore specific.
You are a business
You are buying for your shop, as part of your business: the law provides no right of withdrawal. Each module's full user guide can be downloaded free of charge from its product page: read it before buying, it shows exactly what the module does.
You are a consumer
You have fourteen days to change your mind, as long as you have not downloaded the module. Once the module has been downloaded with your express consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).
To withdraw before downloading: use the online cancellation page (link at the bottom of every page), or write to [email protected]. The refund is made within fourteen days, using the same payment method.
The module does not work as described
That is a different case, and it costs you nothing. If a module does not do what its product page describes on a compatible shop, write to [email protected]: we fix it, and if we cannot, we refund it.
Still a disagreement
Write to us first: we answer within 48 hours. If we cannot find a solution together, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator listed in our terms of sale.
