PrestaShop cannot delete an order. This module does, from the orders list or the order page: full copy kept, stock and sales put back, no e-mail to the customer, and a “Restore” button to go back.
What PrestaShop does not allow
A duplicate order, a test order, an order placed by mistake: PrestaShop can only cancel it, it stays in the list forever. This module deletes it.
Two places, one click
In the orders list: tick, Bulk actions → Delete for good, confirm.
On an order page: the Delete this order card.
Without breaking anything
Before deleting, the module keeps a full copy of the order (products, taxes, history, invoice, payments, carrier, cart rules, messages), re-reads it, then deletes. Stock and sales counters are put back as if the order had never existed, with the same rule PrestaShop applies on cancellation. No e-mail is sent to the customer.
The way back
Orders → Deleted orders: every deleted order, with a Restore button that puts it back exactly as it was — same number, same history, same invoice — and takes the stock and sales again.
Permissions
Only employees with the delete permission on the “Deleted orders” tab can delete and restore.
Installation
Upload, install, enter your licence key. Nothing else to set. Back office in French and English. PrestaShop 9, PHP 8.1 or later. One licence per shop.
