1. Purpose
These terms govern sales made on ffsmc.fr between FFSMC Productions and its customers. They apply to every order, to the exclusion of any other terms. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted them before confirming the order.

2. Products
FFSMC Productions publishes modules for the PrestaShop e-commerce software. Each product page states the compatible PrestaShop and PHP versions, the module's features and the languages provided. Each module's user guide can be downloaded free of charge from its product page before purchase: customers are invited to read it to check that the module meets their needs.
3. Licence
Buying a module grants a licence to use it, not ownership of the software. Unless stated otherwise on the product page:
- the licence covers one domain name of a live shop; development and test addresses (localhost, test subdomains) are allowed free of charge;
- it is valid for one year from purchase and includes updates and email support during that time;
- it can be renewed at the current price; if it is not renewed, the module stops working when it expires, without altering or damaging the shop;
- the customer can move the licence to another domain name from their customer account.
The customer may not resell, assign, copy for other shops or redistribute the module, nor bypass its licence check.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros. FFSMC Productions is exempt from VAT under the French small-business scheme (VAT not applicable, article L. 223-3 of the French tax code): the price excluding and including tax are the same. Prices may change at any time; the module is invoiced at the price in force when the order is placed.
5. Order and payment
The sale is concluded when the customer confirms the order and payment. Payment is due immediately. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout; card payment takes place entirely at PayPal, and no bank details are entered or stored on this site.
6. Delivery
As soon as payment is confirmed, the customer receives the licence key by email, and the module is available for download in their customer account, under "My licences". Nothing is shipped physically.
7. Right of withdrawal
Business customers. The modules are intended mainly for professionals running an online shop. A purchase made for professional purposes carries no right of withdrawal.
Consumers. Consumers normally have fourteen days from the order to withdraw (articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Under article L. 221-28, 13°, this right can no longer be exercised once the module has been downloaded, where the consumer gave prior express consent to this performance and expressly waived the right of withdrawal. As long as the module has not been downloaded, withdrawal is made through the online cancellation page linked in the site footer, or by email to [email protected]; the refund is made within fourteen days, using the same payment method.
8. Warranty and liability
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). A module that does not work as described on its product page, on a compatible setup, is fixed or refunded.
The customer remains responsible for backing up their shop before installing or updating any module. FFSMC Productions cannot be held liable for indirect loss (lost revenue, data or customers); for business customers, its liability is in any event limited to the price paid for the module concerned.
9. Personal data
The data collected is needed to process the order and manage the licence (shop domain name, module version). Its use and the customer's rights are described on the "Privacy policy" page.
10. Disputes and mediation
In case of difficulty, the customer should first contact FFSMC Productions. Failing an amicable solution, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: Centre de Médiation de la Consommation d'Opale (CMCO), 1 rue de Course, 62240 Courset, France — https://www.cmco-mediation.fr, after a written complaint that has remained unresolved.
